Cancellation/Missed Cage Policy

If you cannot make your scheduled appointment, please call within 24 hours so we can remove you from the schedule and fill it with someone else. After your first missed appointment (without canceling) you will be charged with 1 visit for missing your scheduled time slot. This applies to both lessons and cage visits.
